The barbers are very good. They great everyone that comes thru their doors. They not only cut hair, they give you a great experience.

Seems like with an appointment you get taken in a WHOLE HOUR later than someone who walks right in (and gets brought in immediately), seems like it should be the opposite…but apparently not here. Prices also went up, and didn’t mind paying more for better service but you’d at the least expect to get your SCHEDULED HAIRCUT APPOINTMENT on time. Management - fix this, otherwise I’m not reccomending this place to anyone or coming back anytime soon.

I like to have my hair faded, I've been to $13 dollar cuts and $50 cuts providing bourbon over ice. For some reason, people just can't get it right. Wife always had to trim mistakes afterwards. I made an appointment with Tim. He saw me right at my appointment time. We had great conversation, he took very precise care of my cut and knew exactly what to do. I didn't see my hair until he was finished. I loved it, my wife loved it, I loved my conversation with Tim. This guy is a master of his craft, who just happens to be a superb businessman as well. His expectation for high standards should be the industry norm. Shop was VERY clean, music was pleasant. I will be back. Thanks Tim!

Love this place. Me and my sons have been coming here for the last 2-3 years. Tim and Q always take care of my hair needs. They do an extraordinary job on my cuts. They have a kids friendly environment which is super important. I highly recommend No Grease Barbershop!

I’m a female with a low cut and usually get my haircut by Q (Quintin), and so does my sister, daughter, and son. I love Q, and will not go to another barber, because he takes his time and listens. The owner moved Q to Columbiana Mall and this is a HUGE inconvenience for myself and my family. I am extremely upset because this was a perfect location for me. I’ve also referred some clients to Q and they are equally upset. PLEASE MOVE Q BACK TO GERVAIS!

The barber did not even know what a 2,1 fade was and completely messed up the top of my hair, not surprised if the company takes this review down. Barbers are important and if they don’t know how to do their job, just don’t be barber simple. Could have saved $40 and put my hair in a blender.

Reasonably priced and super friendly staff. Upon entering, my boyfriend and I were offered water. Staff gave us a smile and was very respectful. We used to go to Southern Gentlemen for the Mister’s haircut, but we will be regulars here. Doc is great and detail oriented. Services clients in friendly manner. Made my boyfriends look a whole new person! It’s $35 for a haircut and beard trim which is not bad. My boyfriend felt pampered here. The only thing was that the beard trim could have been shorter.. but that’s okay.
